Air Release Valves ARSX/ARSH Series

ARSX/ARSH Series
|
This type of air release valve is adopted to expel 2VOL%
deliquescent air in water supply system, and is suitable to
be installed at high building, pipeline in plant, small scale
pump station and fire-fighting system to protect or improve
efficiency of water transportation and save energy.
Specification:
Valve size: DN15-DN25
Pressure rating: PN10 PN16 PN25

Combination Air Release
Valves CARX
Application Purpose:
Improve pump efficiency, improve pipe transportation efficiency;
protect pipe from damage of negative pressure
Operation Principle:
When water starts to fill the pipeline, poppet of the valve stays
at open position, and expels out a great deal of air.
After all air is expelled out, water enters into the valve, ball
is floated up, which drives the poppet to close position, the valve
stops expelling air out.
During normal water transportation, some deliquescent air accumulates
in valve and reaches certain degree, water level inside of the valve
starts to lower, and the ball lowers to expel the accumulated air
consequently.
When pump stops, vacuum will happen in the pipeline, then the
poppet will drop quickly to absorb air to ensure safety of the pipeline.

Combination Air Release Valves SCAR Series
Brief Introduction:
Sewage used combination air release valves have the same
principle as air release valves for clean water, but only
differ in appearance, with the bodies being considerably longer
in height. The elongated bodies serve to minimize the problem
of clogging by permitting the use of a long float stem, which
creates an air pocket to prevent the sewage from fouling up
the mechanism.
Specification:
Pressure rating: PN10
Valve size: DN50-200mm
