Specification:
--- Eccentric design. When the valve opens, the plug does not
contact the seat, no fiction. When closing, the shut off effect
can be got according to the medium pressure.
--- Flange drilling according to ANSI B16.1 class 125/150, JIS
5527-7.5K/10K, the mounted pad of actuator in accordance with
ISO5211.
--- Quadrate flow area provides excellent throttling effect
without deposits, available for waster water and medium which
includes high assay of solids matter. The flow area is not less
than 80% of the piping area.
--- The thickness of welded seat is not less than 3mm.
--- The plug rubber applies mold pressing technics. The rubber
can be EPDM, NBR or Neoprene for various medium requirements.
--- Poison free Epoxy coating surface can meet different media
requirements. The Epoxy thickness is not less than 0.3mm.
--- Pressure according to API598.
